The first Attente for Mac: signed and notarised by Apple, and it keeps itself up to date.
New
- Signed by us and notarised by Apple, so it opens like any app you trust. One download runs on Apple silicon and Intel.
- Quiet updates. Attente looks for a new version now and then, downloads it in the background and installs it the next time you quit. Settings → About says when one is ready.
- A menu bar of its own. Save Now (⌘S) saves at once and says so, and Export is in the File menu and named on the writing screen.
- An example for every form: a novel, a short story, a screenplay, a thesis and a game, each just big enough to explore every screen. Open one from the Welcome, Home or New project; it's your own copy to change.
